PACC Solutions did a great job of replacing my roof. From my first introduction to the company by Rakeli Strikovc to consulting with Jason Villiaros, Emilio Canseco and my great project manager Alfredo Olivares, was a respected and professional process. When they first came out to inspect my roof, they discovered that some of the shingles had been damaged by wind. They contacted my insurance company and kept me informed of each step, including working around my schedule. I can’t give enough credit to the roofers, they arrived early and finished the entire roof in one day. The roofers were very professional, they protected my plants and were very clean, that you couldn’t tell there were debris in my yard earlier in the day.

I was impressed with my entire experience and interaction with Pacc Solutions. Having never worked with a roofing company before. I didn't know what to expect. Pacc handled everything with the insurance company and were very knowledgeable through the consultation and sales process through installation. The roofing crew was excellent, respectful and worked very well together to tear off my old roof and install the new one. They left my yard just as clean when they left, as it was when they came. I am very happy with how things came together and with my new roof! Thank you!

I called Pacc for help for my roof and gutter due to wind and storm damage. They worked with me and did battle with my insurance company to get it covered. They are my heros. Alfredo is awesome. I worry over everything but Alfredo took the time to answer my questions and do the follow up. This is my first home and I want it to last. Smooth process from beginning to end. Anytime we had questions they were there to answer. They took care with processing everything with our insurance and the roof and siding came out great. Our siding guy Carlos was awesome and many of our neighbors stopped by for more info! Would recommend Pacc if you need a new roof or siding!

PACC Solutions, great service, simple process great company to work with. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance. I recommend PACC Solutions for any roof repair after a wind and hail storm. They follow up on all the questions and paper work from the insurance. They were able to repair all the wood that need to be replace on my roof. Alfredo Olivares was a great person to work with he follow up on all my calls and reply to all my questions.
